This rental is part of a three-apartment house located in Benalmádena Costa, near all the facilities needed to spend the most fun holidays. The guests will occupy the ground floor of the house, whose private pool is of exclusive use.

If you travel to Benalmádena with six other guests, this accommodation is a great option to spend your holidays with your family. You will find four bedrooms, provided with comfortable beds that let you enjoy your sleep like a baby. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while two other bedrooms rely on two twin beds each. The last bedroom, equipped with one single bed, also features a useful en-suite with bathtub. Two bathrooms with shower are also at the guests' disposal.

The fully equipped independent kitchen and the split-level living area complete the distribution of this holiday home. In the living space, you will find a dining room, with an elegant choice of wooden furniture and, on the lower level, the actual living room with a fireplace and TV. Full windows separate the lounge area from the porch, where an outdoor dining table is located.

In the well-maintained garden, you can sunbathe, chat by the pool with your beloved ones, and dive into the waters when you need a refreshing pause.

The access to the property is possible via a paved lane.
