The main entrance is right near the pool area, which is shared among the properties of the complex.

Once inside the house, you will find a light-filled living area, divided into a fully equipped kitchen and a dining-living room. Touches of bright red contribute to unifying the style of the house, thus creating a harmonious ambience. The lounge space is furnished with a comfortable, 2-place sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, and it provides access to the gorgeous private terrace.

In the house, you will also have two bedrooms at your disposal, both of which are equipped with a double bed each. One of the bedrooms also features an en-suite with a shower. Another bathroom with a shower is at the guests' disposal.

The living room and the bedrooms are equipped with warm/cool air-con.

The private part of the outdoor space is occupied by a fabulous terrace with garden, featuring a lovely porch with an area for "al fresco" dining, a brick-built BBQ and some sun loungers. The frameless glass that limits the terrace provides a visually appealing finishing touch to the outdoor space, as it lets you enjoy the striking blue colour of the Mediterranean Sea.

The access to the house is possible via a paved lane.
