Holiday home between Coin and Alhaurin el Grande, in the province of Malaga, Andalucia.

This charming holiday home with private pool is set in a quiet residential area in the heart of the Andalucian countryside, only 3km from the typically Spanish towns of Coin and Alhaurin el Grande. Local supermarkets, restaurants and shops are just a short drive away. Seville, Granada and Cordoba, with much-improved new roads, are no more than two and a half hours away by car - all perfect for a day trip. There's also a really excellent bar/restaurant within a few minutes' walk.

This well-presented villa sleeps up to six with two double bedrooms (one with en suite bathroom with a shower), and one twin room. There is a separate bathroom with a shower at the family's disposal, a modern well-equipped kitchen and a sitting room with satellite TV. Recently added is a fabulous sunroom - now fully enclosed/glazed with removable windows - with ample space for dining and relaxing, and with the added bonus of a second TV and another kitchen with charcoal/wood barbecue, hob, second fridge/freezer and dishwasher.

The house has full air-conditioning/heating in the three bedrooms and the living room.

The swimming pool is set in a charming garden with lawn, flowerbeds and paved terraces/patio. An added bonus is that the villa is fully wheelchair-friendly, with wide internal doors and a ramp from the driveway into the house. There are shallow Roman steps into the pool (no ramp).

The access is fully paved.
