This spectacular villa is ideal for a family or a group of friends looking for a peaceful place to spend their holidays. The whole family can disconnect and fall in love with the fabulous countryside surrounding the property, as well as the magnificent views offered from the pool area.

The house has two floors, where you'll find all the services and amenities to ensure a rejuvenating stay. On the ground floor, there's a charming living dining area with a kitchenette, two bathrooms (one with a shower and the other with a bathtub), and three bedrooms. All bedrooms feature one double bed and one single bed each. Moreover, in the living room, there is a sofa bed available for two people. Therefore, up to eleven people can rest on the ground floor of the property.

Upstairs, six more people can rest in a tranquil environment, thanks to another living room, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower. The two bedrooms have one double bed and one single bed each, making the maximum capacity of the property 15 people.

The spacious terrace can accommodate the entire family, so everyone can relax in the shade (thanks to the porch and the outdoor dining area) and enjoy the view that stretches around the property. You will also have the opportunity to savor delicious meals prepared on the barbecue.

The cherry on top is the fabulous private pool, surrounded by loungers and sun umbrellas, allowing you to enjoy both the shade and sunbathe for as long as you wish.

The pool is heated from March 15th to November 15th, for an additional cost. The maximum water temperature is 28/30°C, depending on the outside temperature.

Air conditioning cost: 30 euros are provided before your arrival, and afterward, you pay for what you use. The average cost is 1 euro per hour, depending on the temperature you set. Please note that air conditioning is available only in all the rooms.
