This spectacular villa is ideal for a family or a group of friends looking for a serene place to spend their holidays. The entire family can unwind and fall in love with the fabulous countryside surrounding the house, in addition to the magnificent views offered from the pool area.

The house has two floors, where you'll find all the amenities and comforts to ensure a rejuvenating stay. On the ground floor, you'll find a charming living-dining area with a kitchen nook, two bathrooms (one with a shower and the other with a bathtub), and three bedrooms. All the bedrooms are equipped with a double bed and a single bed each. Additionally, there is a sofa bed in the living room for two people. Therefore, up to eleven people can rest on the ground floor.

Upstairs, six more people can relax in a peaceful setting, thanks to another living room, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower. Both bedrooms have a double bed and a single bed each, bringing the maximum capacity of the home to 15 people.

The spacious terrace can accommodate the whole family, allowing everyone to relax in the shade (thanks to the porch and outdoor dining area) and enjoy the panoramic views that extend around the house. You also have the option of indulging in delicious delicacies prepared on the barbecue.

The cherry on top is the fabulous private pool, surrounded by sun loungers and parasols, permitting you to either enjoy the shade or sunbathe as long as you wish.

The pool is heated from April 1 to October 31, at an additional cost. The maximum water temperature is 28/30ºC, depending on the outside temperature.

Air conditioning cost: 30 euros are provided before your arrival, after which you pay for what you use. The average cost is 1 euro per hour, depending on the temperature you set. Please note that air conditioning is only available in all the rooms.
