Big villa for groups in Malaga province

Holiday home 3 km from Comares, in the province of Malaga, Andalucia.

This lovely holiday accommodation is located in the hills of Malaga province, where you can enjoy fabulous views and a quiet environment. Here, you will recharge your batteries and spend unforgettable moments with your loved ones, since the house has a maximum capacity of 12 people.

The accommodation consists of the main house and an attached apartment. Although the two buildings do not communicate internally, they are rented out together to guarantee all the privacy you need.

The main house is spread over two floors. The ground floor welcomes a light-filled dining-living room, equipped with comfortable sofas and a fireplace and large windows overlooking the pool, and a fully equipped independent kitchen. On this floor, you will also find a bathroom with a bathtub and a bedroom with a double bed.

The upper floor of the main house is divided into two bedrooms, both with a double bed and a single bed each. A bathroom with a shower tray is also available for the six guests that will sleep on this floor.

The other two bedrooms of the accommodation are located in the adjoining apartment and have a double bed and two single beds respectively. Another bathroom with a shower tray and a living room complete the layout.

The house is provided with air-con in three bedrooms, available at an extra cost, electric radiators and a pellet stove.

Outside, enjoy the large porch to make the most of tasty meals or prepare a delicious barbecue while falling in love with the dreamy views. The private pool is heated from March 15th to November 15th, and it's available on request and at an extra cost. The maximum water temperature reaches 28 / 30ºC, depending on the outside temperature; this allows you to enjoy a dip regardless of the season you travel to Comares.

Access is via a 450-metre dirt track, with curves and slopes typical of the mountainous area where the house is located.
