The lush-vegetation garden that surrounds the holiday home and characterises its setting is ideal to enjoy and make the most of your holidays in Nerja. The villa can accommodate up to four people, who will fall in love with the house’s cosy atmosphere.

Inside the villa, which is distributed onto three floors, you will find a living area, with two sofas and a TV, and a fully equipped open kitchen that also features a dining table. The ground floor also welcomes a bathroom with shower. In the semi-basement, there are two bedrooms; one is equipped with a double bed and an en-suite with shower, and the other has two twin beds. The upper floor offers another bathroom with bathtub and a sloping-ceiling lounge area, with a sofa and two comfortable armchairs.

The covered terrace with two outdoor dining tables provides access to the lovely pool area, via a few steps. This is divided into a covered BBQ and a pergola with another dining table, and the private pool, surrounded by a massive garden with lush vegetation, which also offers a great amount of privacy. The villa is also provided with a two-place parking lot inside the plot.

The access is possible via a slightly-sloping 200-mt unpaved lane.
