This recently built villa sits on a hill, near two other houses. From this privileged position, you'll enjoy breathtaking views of the Benamargosa Valley, where the hills offer a spectacular panorama.

The villa is comfortable and features rustic and traditional details. Its furnishings have been carefully chosen, which you'll see for yourself as soon as you enter the house. The spacious living-dining room leads directly to the open-plan kitchen. The two bedrooms each have a double bed and two single beds. There is a bathroom with a bathtub available for guests.

The villa has underfloor heating to ensure warmth and comfort even on those rare cold winter days, and air conditioning in the living room.

The outdoor area is just as inviting as the interior. On the porch, you'll find a comfortable outdoor dining area, perfect for enjoying meals under the stars. Even so, the highlight of this house is undoubtedly the rooftop terrace, which offers fantastic views of the surrounding hills and valley. The private pool is located in a fenced area about 15 meters from the house, accessed by steps; here, enjoy the Mediterranean lifestyle accompanied by the delightful fragrance of flowers.

The house does not have a barbecue, as it is located in a protected natural area. Therefore, it is equipped with an electric griddle for cooking delicious meals.

Access to the villa is via a 500-meter paved and unpaved track, characterized by curves and potholes, typical of the mountainous area where this house is located.
