Located in a natural park, the house has two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub, a living-dining room with a fireplace and a kitchen.

In the lower part of the house there is a garage used by the owner, so the parking area is shared between the tenants and the owner. The rest of the house and the exterior is for the exclusive use of the tenants.
