Description

The location of this villa is ideal if you want to enjoy the excellent views over the nearby Natural Area of El Chorro, Cerro del Hacho and over the province of Malaga.

The house is situated on a farm of 35.000 m2, where your need for tranquillity and privacy will be preserved, as the noises of the city don't reach this estate.

Its 299 m2 of interior surface are divided into six bedrooms, all of them with hot/cold AC. One bedroom has two double beds, one has an individual bed and a bunk bed, and the other four bedrooms are provided with two single beds each. The six bathrooms with shower are all ensuite. You will also find a very cosy living room with fireplace and a mini-bar. The kitchen is 40 m2 wide, and it is provided with all the facilities you'll need. Moreover, it communicates with the barbecue area through an interior door.

The house has an independent apartment of two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other one with two single beds of 90 cm, in addition to a bathroom with shower and a small living room. To open this house has an extra price, the price is for 16 people.

The house is equipped with electric oven and a wooden oven in the outside area.

The outside area is equipped with barbecue, and children's playground with swings and a slide, alongside a fenced swimming pool with salt water, a small outdoor bathroom, gardens, ping-pong table, basketball area, parking area and two fridges to keep your drinks cool during the hot days of Andalusia.

This Andalusian holiday home is the perfect place to stay or share with your family or group of friends since you are also given the possibility to celebrate events there. You can access the estate through a paved road, while the entrance door is automatic.
