In the construction of this holiday home, he used bricks from Granada, wrought iron and wood, which, together with the exquisite decoration, perfectly fit into the marvellous surroundings full of olive and fruit trees.
This holiday home’s two floors are characterised by a pleasurable temperature and complete intimacy and tranquillity, thanks to their walls’ double isolation. On the ground floor you will find a fireplace-equipped living room, with warm/cool air-con, a completely equipped independent kitchen, a bathroom with shower and two electric-radiator-equipped bedrooms, one with a double bed and a single bed, and the other with one double bed and two single beds.
On the first floor, there are two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and a single bed, and the other with two single beds, in addition to a bathroom with bathtub. This floor is heated up by the fireplace.
You will enjoy yourself in the outdoor area during summertime, where you can play tennis, basketball or ping-pong. The garden and the terrace are the ideal places where to sunbathe, drinking a delicious happy-hour, or simply enjoy a fun conversation, making the most of the privacy offered by this completely fenced estate. You will also find a covered parking and a pet-friendly area, while the access is completely paved. Lastly, if you fancy eating some specialities, you should visit the nearby restaurant.
Afterwards, you will want to cool yourself down in the salt-water swimming pool, which is heated via solar panels and available from May to September with no extra costs. The solar panels increase the temperature of the water by 4/5ºC, depending on the season and the weather conditions. Therefore, it's not possible to know the temperature of the water beforehand.
The plot where the holiday home is located is fenced, there you will also find a covered parking area and a pet-friendly area. The access is completely asphalted.
The owner suggests you a restaurant that offers a great variety of typical dishes of the area, 10 minutes walking.
