Superb Villa with see view

The gorgeous holiday home is situated in the lovely landscape of the "Sierra Almijara", pertaining to the territory of Cómpeta in the province of Málaga.

The house is held in a rustic style. In all rooms dominate wood and warm colours, which give a decent and friendly ambient. In the outside area is stone prevalent, harmonically integrated in the flowers and climbing plants. You will be able to enjoy your stay at the house in a wonderful way because of its combinations between traditional architecture of the area and modern decoration.

The holiday home consists of a living-dining room, kitchen, and two bedrooms, one with double bed, the other with two single beds. Furthermore there are two bathrooms, one with a shower, the other with a bathtub. It is equipped with stove, washing machine, satellite TV, etc.

All bedrooms and the living room have warm/cool air conditioning included in the price. The use of central heating has an extra cost.

Outside there is a pool, a wide porch, a barbecue and a parkingspace. The property is not fenced.

The access is paved and characterised by slopes and curves, which is typical of the mountainous area where the house is located. Cómpeta is located in 4,5 km distance.

While sitting at the terrace we promise that you can not help but to lean over and to enjoy the views of the horizon in the sea, the stunning vegetation of olive and almond trees and the vineyards. If you breath in this wonderful fresh air and let it run deeply through your senses you can not help but say “That's life!”
