Great holiday home with pool and nice surrounding views

Holiday home near Almáchar, in the province of Malaga, Andalucia.

Surrounded by vines, olive and almond trees, this villa is a 20-minute drive from both the town of Rincón de la Victoria and the beach of Torre del Mar.

The house is distributed on two floors. On the ground floor, you will find the spacious dining-living room and an open kitchen, the two of them being separated by some arches and a breakfast bar; one bedroom with two twin beds and a bathroom with shower. On the upper floor, there are four bedrooms, two with one double bed each, and two with twin beds each, as well as a bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub. In the house, you can add two baby cots, a highchair and stroller adaptable to any highchair. The villa is also equipped with a fireplace, oven, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator.

Heating coming from the fireplace easily reaches two upstairs bedrooms and, if you leave the doors open, it warms up the whole house, which also relies on insulating walls and windows. Heating is provided in the bathrooms via electric radiators. Besides, thanks to its location (southeast), it receives lots of sunshine in winter and it's fresh in summer.

From the spacious and colorful porch, you will enjoy staggering views of the east coast of Malaga and the mountains of the Axarquía. In the outdoor area, you will also find the BBQ, the wood oven, the private pool, a solarium and a private parking space.

To liven up your holiday, the house has an outdoor play area with a ping pong table, a dartboard and a table football.

Visits of third parties are not allowed.

The access to the house is fully paved.
