Beautiful villa in the heart of the mountains of Malaga

Villa situated in the town of Monda, in the Natural Park of "Sierra de las Nieves", province of Malaga, Andalucia.

This comfortable home has been inhabited by the same family for five generations, and the perfect combination of the traditional, the rustic and the modern style is reflected in the paved outside area, the wooden ceilings and the exquisite materials the house was built with. It has recently obtained the European Charter of Quality Certificate.

The house consists of two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a living room with a stove of bricks, satellite TV and a day bed for up to two people, in addition to a bathroom with a shower and an independent kitchen. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms provided with air-con, two with a double bed, the third with two single beds, a bathroom with a shower and a little lounge area with a sofa for one person. The home is also provided with electric radiators.

In the outside area, you will have the possibility to relax under the covered pergola or to cook your own meals in the barbeque area. The outdoor oven is purely decorative. In this area, you will also have the opportunity to take part in different workshops and activities, such as olives collection and dressing, and traditional Mediterranean gastronomy cooking workshop, whose ingredients you have to request previously. Whatever you choose to do, it will be a unique and unforgettable experience.

The paved access’s last 30 meters are a path in very good conditions.

Right beside the house, you will find a vast private swimming pool, with impressive views over the Sierra of Monda. The swimming pool is surrounded by a wide, densely leaved terrain, whose gardens are rich in orange, lemon and almond trees, as well as arbutuses, olives, and grapevines. Plenty of trenches and basins are used to water this lush vegetation.
