Fantastic Andalusian house with barbecue, ideal for groups

Historic rural house from the late 19th century, located at the entrance of the village of Casarabonela, in the province of Málaga. In the restoration of the rural house, great respect was shown for the past, hence much of its original construction has been preserved.

The rural house is arranged over two floors and is within a fenced enclosure. It has four bedrooms, two with double beds and the other two with two single beds each. There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. A living-dining room with a fireplace and the option of using the sofa beds as additional sleeping space for three people. It also features an open-plan kitchen. Climate control is provided by air conditioning (hot/cold) in one of the double bedrooms and in one of the twin rooms, as well as blue heat electric radiators.

On the ground floor, there is a room with two single beds, a bathroom with a shower, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms, one with air conditioning, one twin room with air conditioning, and a bathroom with a bathtub.

The pool is shared and from it, visual contact with the homeowners is possible.

Outside the rural house, you can enjoy the pool with a solarium, the porch, and a spacious garden with grass and fruit trees.
