Fantastic Andalusian house with barbecue, ideal for groups

Old rural house from the late 19th century, located at the entrance of the village of Casarabonela, in the province of Málaga. The restoration of the rural house has shown great respect for the past, maintaining much of its original construction.

The rural house is spread over two floors and is within a fenced area. It features four bedrooms, two with double beds and the other two with two single beds each. There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and another with a shower tray. A living-dining room with a fireplace and the possibility of using the sofa beds as an additional space for three people. It also includes an open-plan kitchen. Climate control is provided by air conditioning (hot/cold) in one double bedroom and one single bedroom and blue heat electric radiators.

On the ground floor, there is a room with two single beds, a bathroom with a shower tray, a living room, and a kitchen with a separate refrigerator and freezer. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms with double beds, one with air conditioning, a room with two single beds with air conditioning, and a bathroom with a bathtub.

The pool is communal, and from it, visual contact with the homeowners is possible.

Outside the rural house, you can enjoy the pool with sundeck, the porch, a ping pong table, and a spacious garden with grass and fruit trees.
