Rural house in Pozo Alcón, in the province of Jaén, Andalusia.
Private estate less than one km from Pozo Alcón with excellent views. Traditional architecture house renovated in 2010 and accommodated to the needs of today. Located in a privileged environment, between the Natural Parks of Cazorla, Segura and Las Villas and the Sierra de Castril. The farm is located very close to the Pantano de la Bolera and Pantano del Negratín.
The house has three bedrooms for eight people, in which two double beds, two single beds and a sofa bed for two people are distributed. In addition, it has a bathroom with shower and one with bathtub, living room and kitchen corner. The house has central heating.
The exteriors have a playground, table football, private pool and sun loungers.
Access is possible through an asphalted lane.
