Ancient-style holiday villa for 18 people surrounded by olive yards

This spacious holiday home is located in the middle of olive yards, in the most typical setting of the province of Jaen. When you and your family get here, you will be welcomed by the most authentic rustic ambience, conveyed by both the indoor decor and the outdoor spaces. An unforgettable experience awaits you and your loved ones.

The house is distributed on two floors. On the ground floor, there is a cosy dining-living room, with comfortable sofas, a fireplace and a dining table. The independent kitchen is also located on the ground floor, and it's provided with a picturesque fireplace and the appliances needed to prepare tasty meals. The ground floor also features one bedroom with one 135-cm double bed and one 105-cm single bed.

The upper floor welcomes the remaining five bedrooms, as well as two bathrooms with a shower each. One bedroom is provided with one 135-cm double bed and one 105-cm single bed; two bedrooms are equipped with one double bed each. The fourth and fifth bedrooms rely on two double beds each. Therefore, thanks to the eight double beds and two single beds, this holiday home sleeps 18.

The whole house, thus including the bathrooms, is provided with central heating. The living room and the bedrooms are also equipped with fans. Because the house is 200 years old, the thick walls maintain the temperature. Just remember to keep the windows and doors shut during the hottest hours of the day.

The outdoor space features a porch with a table and a spacious patio where the private pool is located. Around this, the sun loungers and parasols let you rejoice in the warm sunshine and the fabulous vistas that envelop the house. A bathroom with a shower is also available in the outdoor area.

The access to the house is possible via a 1.4-km dirt track.
