Description
Holiday house for 12 people in Martos, in the province of Jaén, in Andalusia.
It consists of two completely restored rural homes, maintaining the rustic style of the area but with all the current amenities that give you the comfort to spend some very pleasant days with family and/or friends.
The main house is distributed over two floors:
1st Floor: A living room with a fireplace that provides heating to the house in the winter months with a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster and washing machine, a bedroom with a bed double bed and a bathroom with shower.
2nd Floor: It has a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds, both with built-in wardrobes. On this floor we also find a bathroom with a shower.
Outside we find a porch with a table, chairs and a bench.
In the other house we also find two floors and it would be made available for 7 people or more.
1st Floor: It has an equipped kitchen open to the living room, it has a separate toilet. It has a bedroom with a double bed.
2nd Floor: It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. It has a bathroom with a shower.
Outside there is a magnificent pool with night lighting both inside and around the area with illuminated olive trees. In the pool there is a jar that pours water into it, providing a relaxing massage on summer nights.
It has a separate outside toilet.
It also has a barbecue for your parties and picnics.
