The house sleeps 10, and it features spacious rooms where the whole family can gather and rejoice in each other's company. The dining-living room is provided with comfortable sofas and a massive fireplace; the living area is open to the fully equipped kitchen. Besides, from here, you can reach all the rooms in the villa, which include two bathrooms with a shower and five bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with one double bed each, whereas the other three bedrooms are equipped with two twin beds each.

The living room and three bedrooms are provided with air-con.

The outdoor area is incredibly spacious, which allows you to rejoice in the sunshine and warm weather of the region. The porch welcomes an area for dining al fresco, facing which an enormous fenced private pool is laid out. This lets the whole family refresh whenever needed, and guarantee a high degree of safety for families with children. A brick-built BBQ completes the outdoor facilities of the house.

The access is possible via a 2.2-km dirt track.
