Third floor: Barbecue area, large terrace with sea views, kitchen, dining room, independent toilet. It includes one bedroom with two single beds.

Fourth floor: Includes 2 full bathrooms. 4 bedrooms. One bedroom with a double bed. The remaining bedrooms each have 2 single beds of 90 cm. On this floor, there is also a small terrace with sea views and a laundry area.

Outside, you can enjoy a spacious porch with dining areas and a built-in barbecue, ideal for outdoor meals on warm evenings. The private pool is the highlight of the garden, surrounded by sun loungers inviting relaxation while enjoying the sea breeze. The terrace on the upper level offers panoramic views, perfect for sunbathing or enjoying a morning coffee.
