This bright villa is perfect for families and is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Monte de los Almendros. From the spacious terrace with a private pool, you can admire the vast Mediterranean Sea, the Sierra Nevada mountains, and the picturesque village of Salobreña at the foot of the hill where its 13th-century Moorish castle stands, beautifully illuminated at night.

The living room, dining room, and kitchen are in an open-plan space, separated only by a few steps. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. Sliding glass doors lead to a spacious terrace with a private pool. There are different seating areas, so you can enjoy the stunning views both in the sun and shade. On the terrace, you can barbecue fresh fish on a gas grill, while enjoying the outdoors even at night. The villa has WIFI and a TV with national and international channels.

The 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are on the same floor. Two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, one with a bathtub; the third bathroom is shared. All bedrooms feature built-in wardrobes.

The apartment on the lower floor has its own entrance. It includes a kitchenette, a dining area, and a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Sliding glass doors give access to a private terrace. The villa is ideal for families or groups of friends who want to enjoy a holiday together.

Both the living room and the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating. There is a washing machine and a dryer.

The house has a garden with beautiful tropical plants, fruit trees, and a spacious parking area with two covered spaces. The parking is just steps away from the entrance. The property is fully fenced.

It is located in the beautiful urbanization of Monte de los Almendros, situated on a hillside. The recreation area of this urbanization, with a tennis court, paddle court, pool, children's pool, soccer and playground, and a small bar/restaurant (open during the summer months), is just a few minutes' drive from the house. Guests can use these facilities free of charge.

The beach, restaurants, and shops are about a 10-minute drive away. Access to the airports of Malaga, Granada, and Almería is easy and quick.

If you manage to tear yourself away from this marvelous villa for a few hours, you can visit the peaks of the Sierra Nevada. They are just an hour's drive away, where you can enjoy walks, hiking, and one of the best places in Spain for skiing. So, you can ski in the mornings (from December to April) and relax on the beach, in the infinity pool, or in the jacuzzi in the afternoon. Additionally, the picturesque villages of Las Alpujarras are very close, as well as the wonderful city of Granada with La Alhambra, and Malaga with its historic center and the Picasso Museum.

For those interested in art, architecture, and history, this region offers the best of Andalusia. Small white villages perched on hills, tropical nature, flamenco echoes, and of course, the richness and variety of Andalusian cuisine. You will be enchanted and overwhelmed by the beauty of this region.
