The house features 6 bedrooms, 4 of them with double beds and 2 with two single beds each. One of the bedrooms is adapted for people with reduced mobility, complete with a private bathroom.

For winter, the entire house is equipped with heating, while fans are available for the summer.

It boasts large living rooms with a pellet stove. The spacious kitchen has a wood-burning stove for winter and remains a cool area during summer. It's a very cozy kitchen that invites long and leisurely after-dinner conversations.

The swimming pool is fenced to prevent children's access. There is an outdoor bathroom, loungers, a hammock, garden furniture, and a portable barbecue.

It is a stately home with the air of an Andalusian farmhouse, listed as a cultural asset. Located in Castillo de Tajarja (Chimeneas), it's 25 minutes from the city of Granada and sits at an altitude of 857 meters. The house was built in the 19th century, and its restoration has carefully preserved its Andalusian essence and style. Its tranquil atmosphere invites calm, making it ideal for enjoying a few restful days.

Built on the ruins of the Arab Fortress "QaryaTayaryar," nestled between two iconic arches and opposite the small village church, it forms a quaint and cozy square, symbolizing the blend of Arab and Christian cultures.
