Holiday house for 10 people in Motril, Province of Granada, Andalusia.
Ideal accommodation to enjoy the full width of the sun and the sea, whether it is a well-deserved vacation, or a few days off.
It is located on the beachfront, on the Los Moriscos golf course, in Playa Granada (Motril) and allows you to enjoy the sunny and pleasant climate that the Tropical Crust of Granada offers throughout the year. The villa is structured over 3 floors, has an elevator and has a large roof terrace with views of the beach, the mountains and the golf course. It offers all the necessary elements for an exclusive stay, as well as a careful and modern decoration.
The layout of the house is as follows;
On the ground floor we find the modern and bright living room, with a fully equipped kitchen and a toilet. On the first floor we find 4 bedrooms, 3 of them equipped with double beds and another bedroom equipped with 2 single beds. On this floor there are 3 en-suite bathrooms with a shower and a bathtub. On the 2nd floor, we find a room with 2 single beds and a toilet.
Guests can enjoy all the necessary services to complete a wonderful stay.
It has a private pool with complementary salt water with everything you need to enjoy in a pleasant and quiet environment.
