Holiday house for 14 people in Nívar, in the province of Granada, in Andalusia.
This house is divided into two floors. The first floor consists of two bedrooms and a living area. The living area consists of a spacious living room with a fireplace and a dining room with an integrated kitchen. The house is fully equipped with appliances, kitchenware. There are two bedrooms, one with two double beds and the other with two single beds. This floor has two bathrooms, one of them en suite.
The second floor has three bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed and a seating area with two sofas, one of them a sofa bed. The other two bedrooms are spacious and furnished with double beds. This floor has two bathrooms, one of them en suite. It also has television and hot/cold air conditioning in all rooms and in the living-dining room.
In the outdoor area, the house has two terraces with a garden and a portable barbecue, but also a gas donut and a large paella pan. On the lower terrace is the detachable pool, where you can relax by taking a bath and enjoying the incredible views of the house.
