Holiday house for 6 people in Salobreña, in the province of Granada, Andalusia.
This house is located in a privileged enclave, such as the exclusive Monte los Almendros residential development near the charming town of Salobreña. You can contemplate the Mediterranean Sea from your terrace or from your infinity pool. It is built on a single level, which facilitates movement between rooms, both interior and exterior.
This modern house with three bedrooms, all of them with double capacity, are spacious and bright. The master bedroom has a double bed and has access to the terrace and sea views, while the other two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, have large built-in wardrobes where you can place all your belongings. Linen All bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom, two of them with a rain shower and one of them with a bathtub.
The living room has spectacular views of the sea thanks to its sliding doors, which gives it light. The kitchen is American style open to the living room and is well equipped with modern appliances such as an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a washing machine.
On the outside terrace, we find a pleasant porch with a dining area and barbecue, where you can organize great family evenings with the Mediterranean Sea in the background. If you prefer, you can relax in your jacuzzi while watching the sunset. Although without a doubt, its wonderful heated infinity-style pool with sea views will steal your heart.
Additionally, you will find a small tropical garden with some fruit trees, such as lemon and orange trees that guests can use and enjoy.
There is indoor parking inside the house
Guests staying in this home can make use of its community areas, which include a tennis court, a paddle tennis court, a children's play area, a soccer field, and a community pool. As well as an open snack open only during the summer months.
The city center is just 10 minutes away by car and there is a golf course just 10 minutes from the accommodation.
