Holiday house for 8 people in Nigüelas, province of Granada, in Andalusia.
This house is distributed on two floors and a loft. On the ground floor is the living room where there are several sofas and armchairs around a small table. It is very bright and spacious. Next to the living room is the American-style kitchen, that is, open to the living room. It is fully equipped with everything you need, since it has, among other things, a refrigerator, microwave, wood oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, kitchenware, toaster, etc.
On this floor there is also a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi.
On the upper floor are the three remaining bedrooms with a double bed and a complete bathroom with a shower.
In the outdoor area next to the house there is a porch where there is a table with chairs to meet in the company outdoors. A few meters from the house is the pool, surrounded by sun loungers to lie down and sunbathe. In addition, the exteriors of the house are perfectly cared for with paths that lead from the exit to the door of the house, surrounded by vegetation and grass and bringing color and nature to the house.
An important aspect to highlight is that La Casa is adapted and equipped for people with reduced mobility. The lower floor is totally diaphanous and the accesses to both the house and the pool are via ramps. Also, we have a full bathroom with all the requirements for wheelchairs/mobility issues.
The good location of the house, close to Granada and the coast, makes it possible to reach both areas of the province in just a few minutes by car. In addition, the house is isolated, with no neighbors in a nearby radius and is fenced, providing privacy and the long-awaited rest.
