Vacation home for 12 people in Almuñécar, in the province of Granada, Andalusia.
This apartment complex located in Almuñécar consists of four apartments with a total capacity of 12 people.
Two of the apartments situated on the ground floor have one bedroom with two single beds, while the other ground floor apartment has one bedroom with a double bunk bed that can accommodate four people.
The apartment on the upper floor includes a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed.
Each apartment has a bathroom with a shower, a dining room, a kitchen, and a terrace. Two of the ground floor apartments have kitchens on the terrace, under a pergola.
The four apartments share a terrace with a barbecue area, and underneath the terrace, there is a spacious lounge where all tenants can gather, as well as the pool area, a children's play area, and a viewpoint.
The owner of the apartments lives in an apartment located on the first floor but has a private entrance and does not share any areas with the guests.
The access to the property includes a parking area.
