If you want to spend your vacation in a traditional Andalusian house, in a completely private setting in the Alpujarras of Granada, then this house could be the ideal choice. It offers enough space for the whole family to enjoy their free time and relax after a day spent discovering the beauties of the surroundings. Additionally, the house is set within a four-hectare estate with several trails to explore, surrounded by olive groves and fruit trees.

The layout of the house is typical of those in the mountains of Andalusia: it features a living room with a fireplace and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a dining table. The three bedrooms provide ample space for the five family members to make the most of quiet nights and recharge. There is a bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with two single beds, and another with a single bed. A bathroom with a spacious shower completes the house's amenities, which are also heated by radiators.

Outside, a hedge and high walls enclose the property, ensuring complete privacy and safety for the whole family. A spacious porch features an outdoor dining area, and the backyard is connected to a lower level via steps. Here, you'll find the barbecue and utility area and, more importantly, the fully fenced private pool. The gate separating it from the rest of the outdoor area ensures worry-free vacations for both adults and the little ones in the family. And last but not least, the viewpoint next to the pool (accessible via a ramp) will allow you to enjoy the mountain views that make this area so famous.

Access to the house is via a mixed lane of approximately 1 km, half of which is concreted and the other half is dirt.
