This spacious holiday home is divided into five bedrooms provided with heating, two with a double bed each, and three with two single beds each, and three bathrooms with shower. The huge, 80 m2-wide dining-living room is equipped with fireplace, while the independent kitchen is provided with all the comforts. Every room is provided with air-con and marvellous views over the surrounding mountains and the swimming pool.

The property finds itself in a private, 40000 m2-wide oak forest, which provides extreme privacy and isolation, ideal for your relaxation and rest. In the impressive, night-enlightened garden you will find a lovely fenced swimming pool, a BBQ area, a children park and a private parking.

The swimming pool can be heated year-round, thus including summer, thanks to a biomass boiler, at an extra cost of €40/night (minimum 2 nights).

The access to the house is completely paved.

In the surrounding area, you will have the possibility to enjoy yourself in different activities, such as hiking, cycling, and bird watching. You can also visit the nearby Roman Necropolis of Peña de los Gitanos, the monumental towns of Íllora and Montefrío.
