The villa has four bedrooms, distributed in the two floors. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and AC, whose stone walls and wooden-beam ceiling will make you daydream. The same floor also has a bathroom with shower. On the ground floor, you will find the other three bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with two single beds each, alongside another bathroom with shower to be shared. The spacious, AC-provided living area is composed of a dining-living room, whose sofa can welcome one adult or two children. The open kitchen is completely equipped. The heating is provided by electric radiators.

The outdoor area welcomes an impressive private pool, but the most noteworthy feature is undoubtedly the views. In fact, thanks to its hilltop position, this villa provides its guests with breathtaking views of the surrounding hills, as well as of the neighbouring houses’ roofs. The access to the house is made possible by a 100 mt-long unpaved lane.
