Villa situated in the town of Órgiva, in the region of Alpujarra Granadina, in the province of Granada, Andalusia.
The way this holiday home was built allows the temperature to maintain itself pleasant, both in winter and in summer. The house is divided into two AC-provided bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, to which you can add an extra single bed, a bathroom with shower, and a fireplace-equipped dining-living room that shares space with the completely equipped open kitchen.
The outdoor area will be your private heaven for these days. In this totally fenced estate, you will find a private swimming pool, a barbecue area and a parking lot. The rural porch will serve as a viewpoint, from which you will enjoy the spectacular landscape of the Alpujarras.
The house has a paved access, apart from the last 200 meters.
