Ideal for a holiday in complete tranquility surrounded by vegetation and a spacious exterior.
House made of wood and very well insulated to combat both heat and cold and enjoy a magnificent stay as a couple, with family or with friends.
It is distributed on one floor in which we find three bedrooms each with a double bed, a kitchen open to the very cozy living-dining room and a bathroom with a shower.
It has extensive outdoor facilities and a large saltwater pool where your sailboat is moored next to the pier.
All with a very Special Charm creating a maritime landscape surrounded by palm trees. A wooden cabin on a palm tree creates a very cozy Chill out corner.
As a culmination you can enjoy the heated jacuzzi located outside all year round with magnificent views of our starry nights.
And all this just one hour from the main capitals of the community. In the province of Córdoba between the town of Rute and Iznájar.
