Holiday home with swimming pool and barbecue in Palenciana

Holiday house for 12 people in Palenciana, in the province of Córdoba, in Andalusia.

This house differs in that it is two houses together that are formed as one. The first house is distributed in a living-dining room with a fireplace, a kitchen-dining room, equipped with everything necessary for the use of guests, since it has, among other things, a refrigerator, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster, etc.
There are also two bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom and the other with a separate bathroom, both with showers.

In the adjoining house the distribution is very similar. There is a large kitchen-dining room, two bedrooms and, like the first, with an en-suite bathroom and another with a separate bathroom.
The remaining bedroom is framed in the patio next to the pool area, where there is a room and a bathroom next to it.
It should be noted that all rooms in the house except one room have air conditioning, and failing that there are also fans.

In the outdoor area is the pool, 12x6 meters. Around the pool, there is a small porch where you can be in the shade. In addition, the house has a barbecue where you can cook and eat outdoors in company.
