All rooms in the estate are climate-controlled.

Living Room: It has an area of 115 m², with three fireplaces and a terrace with views of the mountains, where you can enjoy the natural sunrises and sunsets and appreciate the unique sounds of the surroundings. The living room features a valuable dining table for 12 guests, a pool table, a games table, and two independent areas: one with two sofas around the fireplace that invite conversation and relaxation, and another equipped with a TV and a sound system.

Kitchen: Offers all modern conveniences. It has an area of 33 m² and is equipped with a dishwasher, sink, country-style stove, an office table, coffee maker, and microwave.

Bedrooms: The house has two distinct areas; in the first one, it includes:

· A main bedroom of 22 m² with a double bed and an extra bed, and an en-suite bathroom.

· A double room with an en-suite bathroom.

· Around the Andalusian patio, two double rooms with a shared bathroom.

· Apartment: An independent space next to the garden, 25 meters in size, featuring three beds and a separate bathroom.

In the other wing of the house, we have the old stables and barns, currently renovated for comfort and relaxation while preserving the charm of traditional architecture. All perfectly integrated around the Andalusian patio. Here we have:

· A double room with a double bed.

· Two rooms with two single beds each.

· A triple room.

· A complete shared bathroom for these rooms.

· The upper part of this area is an independent double room with a terrace and views of the mountains.

Bathroom: located next to the living room, provides convenience for use when in the common areas of the house.

Central courtyard: 135 m², connecting all parts of the house, surrounded by antique wrought iron balconies and a central fountain emitting the soothing sounds of water. It's a spectacular setting to enjoy your stay or celebrate events such as weddings, communions, baptisms, birthday parties, etc.

Swimming Pool: During the hottest season, you can cool off in a magnificent swimming pool and sunbathe on the well-maintained loungers available. There is a terrace and bar area next to the pool for having snacks, lunch, or dinner while enjoying the pleasant mountain temperatures.
