This fabulous property is ideal for a group of friends or families who want to spend some well-deserved holidays together and, at the same time, have their privacy fully guaranteed. Sure enough, the house features a gorgeous common area and four independent cabins, thus providing a relaxing stay for up to 12 people.

The cherry on top is the panorama that extends before the house, as the property is located on the banks of Lake Encantada. Last, but not least, the city centre of Cordoba is just 14 km from the house, which is ideal for pleasant getaways to the city of the Caliphs.

The main house is a round-shaped, modern open space, equipped with comfortable sofas, a fireplace, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, provided with all the kitchenware and high-quality electric appliances that you will need to spend your holidays in the best way possible. Moreover, the full windows that characterise this room let the light flood into it; at the same time, you and your family will be able to rejoice in the spectacular views offered while making the most of the indoor facilities. In the main house, you will also have a separate toilet at your disposal.

The four cabins are located near the main building and surrounded by lush vegetation. They are characterised by the same design: each of them features wooden walls, spacious windows, a double bed and a single bed, and a modern en-suite with a shower.

The main house and the four cabins are equipped with warm/cool air-con.

The outdoor area is spacious enough for the whole group to rejoice in the warm sunshine of the province of Cordoba, as well as the fantastic lake views. The porch is equipped with an area for "al fresco" dining, and it gives access to the gorgeous patio. Here, you will have at your disposal a magnificent private pool, characterised by a smooth entrance that reminds of a seashore. The remaining areas feature well-maintained grassed spaces, sun loungers and sunshades to rejoice in the quietness of the setting and shelter from the sun rays.

Barbecue facilities are not available in the area in summer. The owner will provide an electric grill.

The access to the property, which is set in a residential area, is possible via a paved lane.

Please note that, in this flat, stag/hen parties are not allowed and that the siesta hours in summer must be respected. As they are agreed by the community, no music can be played.
