This wonderful villa overlooking the Cordovan countryside is the perfect spot where you and your family can make the most of your Andalusian holidays. It provides all comforts that you will need to relax and offer the possibility of visiting nearby places, such as Cordoba or the quaint town of Priego de Cordoba.

The house sleeps 10, and it features a welcoming indoor area, which you will find decorated with light colours.

On the ground floor, which is the house's basement, you will find three bedrooms. One is equipped with one double bed, and the other two feature one single bed and one day bed each. Therefore, up to eight people can sleep here. The double bedroom is also provided with an en-suite with a shower, whereas the other two bedrooms share a bathroom with a bathtub.

On the first floor, you will find another bedroom with a double bed. Besides, on this floor, you will find the living space of the house: a dining-living room with a TV broadcasting foreign channels, and a fully equipped independent kitchen. The latter opens onto a fabulous terrace. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout of the first floor.

The kitchen and the living room are provided with warm/cool air-con; the bedrooms are equipped with fans and heating.

From the ground floor, you can access the cosy patio, which you will find furnished with anything you could need to make the most of the warm atmosphere. In the porch, you will have a dining table and a chill-out space at your disposal and even a lovely fireplace. A small private pool stands out in the middle of the patio, overlooking the fabulous landscape that envelops the house.

The property is near a free public parking space. The access to the holiday home is possible via a paved lane.
