Villa located in Priego de Córdoba, province of Cordoba, Andalucia.
This huge villa is located on the road that connects a small urbanisation belonging to the town of Priego de Cordoba and the town itself, 15 km far. The charm of the indoor area comes from the rustic decoration it is provided with, which you can find throughout the villa. Especially in the six bedrooms, three of which are equipped with a double bed each, and three with two single beds each, distributed on the two floors of the villa. One bathroom with shower, one with bathtub and a cosy living area complete the facilities of the villa are completed. The dining-living room is provided with some sofas and a fireplace, and it leads off into the completely equipped independent kitchen (also provided with a charming fireplace).
The fenced patio on the outside will provide you with unforgettable fun moments, thanks to the private pool and the pergola. Shelter from the hot sun rays while enjoying a delicious meal, cooked on the barbeque provided. Take time to look around and discover the colourful flowerpots that decorate the outdoor walls, which are typical of the province of Cordoba.
The access to the villa is made possible by a paved lane, as the villa’s main entrance opens directly onto the road.
