Description
Holiday house for 20 people near Posadas, in the province of Córdoba, Andalusia.
This house on the outskirts in the north of Posadas has enough space for a group of 20 people to spend their vacations here; You can enjoy the company of your family on a private plot, whose icing on the cake is the fenced pool.
As soon as you enter the house, you will find a fully equipped American kitchen, with a spacious breakfast bar that opens onto the dining room. This huge area features a large dining table, where all members of the family can sit and enjoy tasty meals together. The sitting area right next to it has several sofas and armchairs in front of the fireplace. Between it and the kitchen, there is the first bedroom of the six available in the house, equipped with four 90 cm single beds.
Behind the dining room, a corridor leads to two bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub: one bedroom has a 1.35m bed and the other has two 90cm beds.
The last door in the living room opens into another hallway, where you will find the last three bedrooms and two bathrooms. First, you will come across a bedroom with two 90 cm beds and a bathroom with a shower. Another corridor leads to the third bathroom, with a shower, a bedroom with two 1.35 m beds, and another bedroom with two 90 cm beds and two 1.35 m beds.
The whole house has hot/cold air conditioning.
The outdoor area has a large porch with outdoor dining area and barbecue, facing the magnificent fenced pool area. The sun loungers and parasols found here will allow you to relax in the sun and recharge your batteries before continuing to discover the beauties of rural Andalusia.
The house has private parking and paved access to it.
