This house is newly built but with a rustic charm, both externally (walls perfectly imperfect in their finish) and on the porch area, strategically placed to take in all the aforementioned sights, a 12x3 meter pool, and a barbecue with a table and chairs. Inside, you'll find a living-dining room with TV and DVD, movies, books, a stereo system, CDs, a record player, vinyl, a fireplace, and a dining table with chairs, and of course, views of the El Gastor-Zahara reservoir. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction stove, pyrolytic oven, and dishwasher, and also features a pantry.

On the upper floor, there are 2 bedrooms each with a 150cm bed and 2 full bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. One of the bedrooms features a solarium terrace, with heating provided by radiators.

The access is completely paved, with 300 square meters of paved exterior surfaces and an area for parking vehicles.

In the Rincón del Jaral, you'll find original paintings, antiques, crafts from various places around the world, and organic and harmonious architecture, resulting in a cozy, warm, and unique building.
