The property boasts a private garden and a terrace with panoramic sea views, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun.

The beautiful and spacious garden with a swimming pool gives us access to a very comfortable part of the villa, with an independent entrance to a large bedroom with a ceiling fan and two single beds (90 cm), with an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a comfortable dressing area.

The main house is accessed through a spacious entrance hall with a toilet servicing the common areas of the villa. From there, we move to a large open space consisting of a large dining room, equipped for 10 people, a living area with a fireplace in a warm and cozy setting, a porch with outdoor furniture at the front, and a fully equipped kitchen area with a laundry zone, and a LO'R coffee maker, ideal for preparing delicious breakfasts. At the back, with direct access from the living room, there is an outdoor dining area with table and chairs, a very cool and pleasant area. Additionally, this floor hosts three elegant double bedrooms (180 cm), each with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Two of these bedrooms have fans to maintain a cool atmosphere on the hottest days.

On the first floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds (90 cm) and a high bunk bed, with an en-suite bathroom. Perfect for the little ones.

**Flexible Check-in Time:** We will adapt, as much as possible, to your arrival time. If there is a departure of other guests on the same day, the villa may not be ready before 4:30 or 5:00 pm, as our cleaning team might still be working.

If you arrive early and cleaning is still ongoing, there will be no problem. Our office hours at the agency will be from 11:30 am to 3:00 pm, and during that time, we will accompany you to the villa so you can leave your belongings there. You can later return when the house is ready.

Approximately a week before your stay, we will send you the check-in details. If you plan to arrive after 3:00 pm, you can contact us for self-check-in instructions.
