Holiday home for 12 people in Villamartín, Cadiz Province, Andalusia.
The accommodation is located at the foot of the Sierra de Cádiz, on the Ruta de los Pueblos Blancos, just 15 km from Grazalema and 30 km from the Alcornocales Natural Park, in Villamartín (Cádiz).
It is made up of two properties. A main house and a small apartment in the garden. The main house has two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds. The charming two-story apartment is distributed as follows: on the ground floor, there is a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a charming kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. It also has a separate toilet on the same floor. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms, one double and one with two bunk beds with 4 single beds in total, plus a shared toilet for both bedrooms.
The main living-dining room is air-conditioned and has a fireplace with a projector screen and digital television and Wi-Fi internet throughout the house. The American-style kitchen is open to the living room and is fully equipped.
It also has a large outdoor garden with a swimming pool, very comfortable for swimming due to its shallow depth, ideal for children and adults, with night lighting and a children's play area. Next to it, we find a fully furnished and installed kitchen with a refrigerator, wine racks, a central bar, a barbecue and an area with a wood-burning oven, next to a fully illuminated gazebo among ancient olive trees, plants and natural grass.
The house has private parking within the property with capacity for 6 vehicles.
