Designed to accommodate between 10 and 12 people, this architectural gem combines modern lines, natural light, and an environment of absolute peace. The infinity saltwater pool blends with the horizon, while a spacious garden embraces the house, creating a private oasis where time seems to stand still.

On the main floor, a light-filled living-dining room opens directly onto the porch and pool area. Here, the boundaries between indoor and outdoor disappear. A cozy lounge, perfect for unwinding, and a dream kitchen—fully equipped—lead to an elegant outdoor dining area with a table, electric awning, and umbrellas, the perfect setting for long dinners under the stars. A full bathroom with a shower adds convenience to this level.

Upstairs, four en-suite bedrooms offer rest and postcard views: two with double beds and panoramic sea views, and two with single beds overlooking the garden and mountains.

From this same floor, you ascend to the rooftop, boasting an exclusive chill-out area with an outdoor jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing while enjoying spectacular panoramic views of the sea and mountains, especially at sunset.

In the basement, a garage for four cars, a laundry area, and an additional bedroom with a sofa bed, bathroom, and access to an English patio offer functionality and privacy. An elevator connects each floor, ensuring absolute comfort.

**Flexible Check-in Time:** We will accommodate your arrival time as much as possible. If other guests are departing the same day, the villa may not be ready before 4:30 or 5:00 PM, as our cleaning team may still be working.

If you arrive earlier and cleaning is still ongoing, there will be no problem. Our agency's operating hours are from 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM, and within that time frame, we will accompany you to the villa so you can leave your belongings there. You can then return when the house is ready.

Approximately a week before your stay, we will send you the check-in details. If you plan to arrive after 3:00 PM, you can contact us to receive instructions for autonomous access.
