Description
Holiday home for 14 people in Villamartín, in the province of Cádiz, Andalusia.
It is a beautiful old rural farmhouse built in 1954 and recently restored. Located in the Sierra de Cádiz with panoramic views of it.
* THIS ACCOMMODATION DOES NOT ALLOW PARTIES OR LARGE CELEBRATIONS *
It has a 3000 square meter plot, completely fenced, isolated and a very quiet and easily accessible area with a private parking area.
The house consists of 220 square meters (could accommodate up to 14 guests), spread over two floors. Equipped with all kinds of household linen and furnished for the comfort of all its guests.
On the lower floor:
• Receiver
• Double bedroom.
• A fully equipped bathroom.
Living-dining room of 60 square meters with a large fireplace, three three-seater sofas, dining room for 12 people, flat screen television, Wi-Fi and a children's play area.
Kitchen / dining room of 25 square meters with all the necessary appliances and direct access to the garden and wooded pool.
On the top floor:
• 5 bedrooms (2 double, 2 with double single bed, 1 with two bunk beds)
• 2 complete bathrooms.
• Reading area next to the solarium.
Outside of the house:
Garden of 400 square meters of natural grass and large trees that offers large areas of shade and sun with garden tables and barbecue by the pool, all surrounded by olive, orange, and almond trees... with views of the wonderful Sierra de Grazalema.
Two porches attached to the house (in the east and one in the south of the house). Covered with Arabic tile and the other in the open air protected with awnings and dresses with Mediterranean flowers, tables and rockers.
