Holiday house for 2 people in El Gastor, in the province of Cádiz, Andalusia.
It is a pleasant, cozy and charmingly decorated rural house. It is located on a private property about 4 km from the beautiful town of El Gastor, better known as “El Balcón de los Pueblos Blancos”, in the heart of the Sierra de Cádiz and just 1 km from the Zahara-El Gastor Reservoir, where you can enjoy stunning views of the Grazalema Natural Park. It has easy access from the Ronda-Seville highway.
For the construction of the house and the exteriors, materials from the land have been used (such as local stones and wooden beams), and bio-construction techniques and criteria of respect for the environment have been followed using renewable energy sources. , our electricity supply is provided by solar panels.
The interior of the 70 m2 house has a living/dining room/kitchen with fireplace. The high wooden ceilings give it a pleasant homely atmosphere. There are 2 sofas, 40" flat TV with HDMI and USB input; and WiFi (limited).
It is equipped with a 4-burner gas stove, microwave, capsule coffee maker (Bosch Tassimo), toaster, mixer, gas oven, washing machine, air conditioning, catalytic stove, entrance gate, covered parking area.
The house has a double room with a double bed measuring 1'50 x 1'90 m. On the ground floor, it has a bathroom with a shower and other accessories (hair dryer).
The exterior of the house is fully maintained, the 4x8 m pool. It is a real wonder, it has a small built-in children's pool and a beautiful waterfall built with great care with local stones, there is an outdoor shower, 4 sun loungers and 1 Balinese bed under a reed roof to enjoy a nap in the hot weather. summer afternoons. There is a dining table next to the pool, perfect for alfresco meals; a terrace at the highest part with garden furniture and a portable barbecue.
