This is a pleasant, cozy, and charmingly decorated rural house. It is located on a private estate about 4 km from the beautiful village of El Gastor, also known as "The Balcony of the White Villages," in the heart of the Sierra de Cádiz, and just 1 km from the Zahara-El Gastor Reservoir, where you can enjoy stunning views of the Grazalema Natural Park. It has easy access from the Ronda-Sevilla road.

The construction of the house and its exteriors use local materials (such as regional stones and wooden beams) and bio-construction techniques, adhering to environmentally friendly principles by using renewable energy sources. Our electricity is powered by solar panels.

The interior of the house, which is 70 m², features a living/dining/kitchen area with a fireplace. The high wooden ceilings provide a warm, homely atmosphere. It includes two sofas, a 40" flat-screen TV with HDMI and USB ports, and limited WiFi access.

The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner gas stove, microwave, capsule coffee maker (Tassimo by Bosch), toaster, blender, gas oven, washing machine, air conditioning, catalytic heater, entrance gate, and covered parking area.

The house includes a double bedroom with a 1.50 x 1.90 m double bed on the ground floor, and a bathroom with a shower and other amenities (including a hairdryer). A second bedroom is located in a loft above the living room, accommodating 2 people with two single beds.

The exterior of the house is meticulously maintained. The 4x8 m pool is truly wonderful, featuring a small children's pool and a beautiful waterfall carefully constructed using local stones. There is an outdoor shower, four sun loungers, and a Balinese bed under a cane roof for enjoying a nap on hot summer afternoons. A dining table is situated by the pool, perfect for outdoor meals; there is also an upper terrace with garden furniture and a portable barbecue.
