Holiday house on the outskirts of Arcos de la Frontera, in the province of Cádiz, Andalusia.
This modern semi-detached villa is located in a private residential area, and shares a splendid perfectly maintained garden and pool area with eleven other similar properties. By spending your holidays here, you can take advantage of the comforts offered in the house, enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings and play golf in the many courses around Arcos. The icing on the cake is undoubtedly the proximity to the white villages of Cádiz, in which you will come into contact with the authentic Andalusian atmosphere.
The 135 m2 of the house are distributed over two floors. On the upper floor, you will find a spacious bedroom. It has a double bed, a private terrace with views of the garden and an en-suite bathroom with a double sink, a bathtub and a shower tray.
On the ground floor, on the other hand, you will have the living areas at your disposal. The entrance hall and a separate toilet are located on the same level and, going down a few steps, you will find the bright living area and the American kitchen. The spacious living room shares space with the modern kitchen, in which you will have all the appliances and kitchenware you will need during your vacation.
The whole house has hot/cold air conditioning.
From the living room, you access the private porch whose chill-out area gives you the chance to relax and enjoy a regenerating nap in the shade. The porch also houses an outdoor dining room, thanks to which you can take advantage of your meals and the warm rays of the sun.
The shared pool, ideal for a refreshing dip, completes the equipment of this house.
