Holiday home for 6 people in Zahara de los Atunes, in the province of Cádiz, Andalusia.
Decorated with an Andalusian style, this villa is located in the mountain of Atlanterra, with stunning views of the beach of Faro de Camarinal.
At the entrance of the house there is an area to park 2-3 cars and from here you can access both the house and the garden area with private pool.
The main floor of the house has a fully equipped kitchen, a pantry, a laundry, a toilet and a large living room with fireplace and direct access to a magnificent covered porch that also connects with the pool area and with a large terrace with barbecue.
On the top floor are the three bedrooms, one of them with a bathroom with bathtub en suite. The other two bedrooms share a second bathroom.
The property has underfloor heating for the colder months, as well as German TV channels and WIFI.
Designed for rest, this villa is a privileged corner where you can enjoy the wonderful beaches of Cadiz and a wonderful climate that make this place a wonderful experience.
The price includes a 3-hour cleaning service, three times a week. If the client requires extra cleaning, it will cost €15/hour for a minimum of three hours.
