This spectacular villa is set on a hilltop, facing the Atlantic Ocean and the gorgeous beach of Los Alemanes. It was built to let the guests make the most of its privileged location and panoramic views, in which the guests will rejoice while relaxing in the modern rooms, provided with central air-con, and on the private deck.

The villa is distributed on three floors. The entrance hall opens on the right side, to two staircases: one leads upstairs and another downstairs; on the left side of the hallway, the beautiful, double height living area is located. Here, you will find a massive sofa, a modern fireplace and a dining table, as well as a fully equipped open kitchen. The mezzanine that is accessible from the living room features a double bed. However, the most fabulous features in this area are the full windows that occupy the room's main wall. These windows let the light flood in and, moreover, they open onto a gorgeous terrace with a crystal balustrade and an outdoor dining area. The views are just astonishing.

Upstairs, you will find a magnificent master bedroom, with a double bed and an en-suite with a walk-in shower, a dreamlike bathtub, two wash basins and a separate toilet. This bedroom is also provided with a splendid private terrace overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and the beach of Los Alemanes.

The lowest floor of the villa welcomes two bedrooms and an independent toilet. Both bedrooms feature a double bed, and an open bathroom concept, provided with a shower and a separate toilet each. Besides, these bedrooms lead onto the perfectly maintained garden, which is connected to the splendid pool deck.

There, you will find a fabulous private pool (which is heated at an extra cost) and modern sun loungers, where long moments of sunbathing will characterise your holidays. A poolside gazebo welcomes a cosy lounge area that allows the whole family to gather and rejoice in the views and the salty breeze that comes from the closeness to the ocean.

The access to the villa is completely paved.

If the client requires extra cleaning, it will cost €15/hour for a minimum of three hours.
