Villa Apolonia is an architectural gem with only 15 years of history, located on the exclusive Playa de los Alemanes. Situated on a 2,500 m² plot, this villa blends the charm of Andalusian design with modern comforts, offering a completely functional and practical space.

Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a charming Andalusian patio with semi-circular arches and majestic columns. In the center, an impressive fountain adds serenity to the atmosphere, while the patio distributes the rooms of the villa. From one of the accesses on the main floor, you enter a spacious hall leading to a large living-dining room, characterized by its large windows and a magnificent fireplace. The dining room connects directly to a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a laundry room and pantry. On this floor, you will also find a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, along with a guest toilet under the stairs.

The upper floor, accessible from the main hall, houses two bedrooms. One features two single beds, and the other a double bed, both with en-suite bathrooms and access to private terraces.

An independent apartment, accessible from the patio, offers two additional bedrooms. The first has a double bed, a cozy living area with access to the garden, and a bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has two single beds and another bathroom.

The exterior of Villa Apolonia is an oasis of tranquility, with a meticulously maintained garden combining native and tropical vegetation, and a pool that invites relaxation. Garden furniture is available to enjoy the magnificent sunsets with views of the African coast and the Strait of Gibraltar.

**Flexible arrival time:** We will accommodate your arrival time as much as possible. If there is a departure of other guests on the same day, the villa may not be ready before 4:30 or 5:00 PM, as our cleaning team might still be working.

If you arrive earlier and cleaning is still in progress, no problem. Our agency's office hours are from 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM, and within that time frame, we will accompany you to the villa so you can leave your belongings there. You can return later when the house is ready.

Approximately one week before your stay, we will send you check-in details. If you plan to arrive after 3:00 PM, you can contact us to receive self-access instructions.
