Splendid luxury villa with panoramic rooftop terrace near Tarifa

Luxury villa located near Zahara de los Atunes, in the province of Cádiz, Andalusia.

The villa has been completely renovated, featuring a functional style with spacious, very bright areas, and everything brand new. Its architecture has retained the pitched roof in part of the house and the wooden beams in the ceiling of some rooms, providing warmth and comfort. Located in one of the most easily accessible areas within the mountain of the well-known Atlanterra Urbanization, and about 300 m from the beach. Facing west, you can enjoy unparalleled sunsets from here, and on clear days, the famous Trafalgar Lighthouse can be seen.

The main floor of the villa has a large open space where the living-dining-kitchen area is located, with access to a pleasant porch with outdoor furniture where you can enjoy outdoor evenings within the peace and tranquility this environment provides. It also features a large pool, approximately 9 x 5 meters, surrounded by a beautiful garden with palm trees. On this same floor, we find 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with showers; two of these bedrooms have 2 single beds each, and the third has a double bed. From this last bedroom, you can enjoy pleasant views of the pool area and the sea.

On the first floor is the fourth bedroom with a double bed and a fantastic en-suite bathroom with a freestanding bathtub, shower tray, and a large private terrace with panoramic views of the pool area and the Atlantic Ocean.

There is access to two streets and outdoor space for two vehicles.

Due to its location, you will be close, in the summer season, to restaurants, small shops, and beach bars where you can enjoy great cocktails and unforgettable sunsets. As well as accessing the nearest beaches, just minutes away, with a pleasant walk.

- The rental price includes 6 hours of cleaning distributed over 3 hours two days a week.

- Barbecue: The use of the barbecue is free. However, it must be left clean after use. If left dirty, €100 will be withheld from the deposit to cover cleaning costs.

**Flexible arrival time:** We will adapt as much as possible to your arrival time. If there is a departure of other guests on the same day, the villa may not be ready before 4:30 or 5:00 PM, as our cleaning team might still be working.

If you arrive earlier and cleaning is still in progress, there will be no problem. Our office hours at the agency will be from 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM, and within that timeframe, we will accompany you to the villa so you can leave your belongings there. You can then return when the house is ready.

Approximately one week before your stay, we will send you check-in details. If you plan to arrive after 3:00 PM, you can contact us to provide you with self-access instructions.
