This classy villa has been recently renovated, and therefore provided with a functional style and unobstructed spaces that let the light flood in and reflect on the white furniture and marble floor. Despite its renovation, a few details have been maintained that recall the old building, such as the now-whitewashed, wooden-beam ceiling of some rooms and the apex ceiling in some parts of the house.

The two floors of this west-oriented villa are located some 300 metres from the beach, which you can spot from various areas of the house. The main floor welcomes a fabulous, open-space living area, where the living room with warm/cool air-con, the dining area and the fully equipped, independent kitchen let you enjoy your family’s company and gather during your free time. The ground floor also features three bedrooms, each of which relies on an en-suite with a shower: two are provided with two twin beds each, and one with one double bed and access to the garden and the pool area. A separate toilet is located between the living and the bedrooms area.

Upstairs, you will find the spectacular master bedroom with a double bed, warm/cool air-con and full windows that let you enjoy the ocean views while comfortably relaxing in bed. A light-filled en-suite with a shower and a freestanding bathtub is also provided. What stands out, however, is that, from both the bedroom and the bathroom, you can access a fabulous private terrace with panoramic views of the beach.

The area for “al fresco” dining is accessible from the living space of the ground floor, where you will find a cosy chill-out area and a dining table. Enjoy here your meals together with your family, enveloped by a quiet atmosphere that’ll let you make the most of the peaceful nights that characterise this urbanisation. The rest of the outdoor area welcomes a perfectly maintained garden surrounded by tall palm trees, where the fabulous private pool stands out. This will help you cool off when the temperatures rise, although, if you prefer, you can also stroll down to the beach and dive into the Atlantic Ocean.

The villa is accessible from two parallel streets. It has a 1-place covered parking lot and an outdoor space where you can leave two more cars.

The price includes 3-hour cleaning service on Tuesday and Thursday. If the client requires extra cleaning, it will cost €15/hour for a minimum of three hours.
